Refund & Service Policy for Digital Services

Thank you for your order.

1) Digital services – no returns

All services sold on this website are digital services (online processing). Because work can start immediately after payment, we do not offer returns or refunds once processing has started, except where required by applicable law.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing a digital service that begins after payment confirmation.

2) What your order covers

Your purchase covers processing a removal request for the specific website(s) listed in your order (and/or specific URLs, if required by the website). We provide status updates based on the timeframe shown in the product description.

Important: We do not change any official or regulated records (DMV/Title, insurance databases, NMVTIS, Carfax/AutoCheck, manufacturer systems, or official auction databases). Our service applies only to third-party websites/pages selected in your order.

3) Service completion and search engines (Google, etc.)

Our responsibility is limited to the source website(s) included in your order.

Search engines (Google and others) may continue to show cached previews or older snapshots for some time after a page is removed from the source website. We do not control search engines and cannot guarantee how quickly they update. If we offer a separate “URL de-index request” service, it will be described and priced separately.

4) Current pages only (not future reposts)

Our service applies to current public pages at the time of processing. If the same vehicle/VIN appears again later due to a new listing, a new repost, or a different website copying the data, this is considered a new case and requires a new order.

5) Other platforms not included

Unless explicitly stated in the product description, your order does not include removal processing for:

  • other websites not listed in your order,

  • other search engines, browsers, or third-party platforms.

If you need help with additional sites/links, contact us at office@cleanvinusa.com and we will advise what options are available.

6) Problems, claims, and support

If you believe your order was processed incorrectly (for example: wrong VIN, wrong website selected, or incomplete service delivery), contact us as soon as possible at office@cleanvinusa.com with:

  • your order number,

  • the VIN,

  • the website name,

  • and the exact page link (URL) where the content is visible.

We will review the case and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

7) Exceptions

Because this is a digital service, refunds are not provided as a standard rule. Any exception is evaluated case-by-case and is at our sole discretion, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
