These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase of services offered through it. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” refer to the website operator (“Administration”) based in Poland.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1) Scope of services (digital services)
Our offerings are digital services delivered online. Typical services include:
- VIN visibility checks (showing where a VIN appears on public websites/search results),
- processing removal requests for selected third-party websites/pages (VIN pages, listing pages, photos), as described in the specific product/service page.

We do not sell physical goods.

2) What we do NOT do (important)
We do not change, delete, or modify official or regulated records, including:
- DMV / Title records,
- insurance databases,
- NMVTIS,
- Carfax / AutoCheck,
- manufacturer systems,
- official auction databases.

Our services apply only to third-party websites/pages and specific URLs selected in your order.

3) Orders, required information, and customer responsibilities
To process an order you may need to provide:
- VIN,
- website name and/or page link (URL) where the VIN content appears (recommended),
- contact email (and optionally phone/WhatsApp/Telegram).

You agree to provide accurate information. If the VIN/URL provided is incorrect or incomplete, processing may be delayed or impossible. In such cases, we may request clarification.

Some websites may require proof of ownership/authorization to process a request. If required, we will inform you.

4) Timeframes and service completion
Timeframes shown on product/service pages are estimates based on typical processing for each website. Some websites process requests quickly; others take longer.

Our responsibility is limited to processing the request for the website(s) listed in your order and providing status updates consistent with that product/service description.

5) Search engines (Google and others)
Unless explicitly included in a specific product/service description, our standard services cover the source website(s) listed in your order.

Search engines may continue to show cached previews or older snapshots after a page is removed from the source website. We do not control search engines and cannot guarantee the timing of updates.

If we offer a separate “Google URL de-index request” (or similar) service, it will be described and priced separately.

6) No fraud or misrepresentation
You must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, including fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or any attempt to hide legally required disclosures. You remain responsible for complying with local laws and any obligations to disclose vehicle condition/history to buyers or authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7) Digital services: cancellations and refunds
Because services may start immediately after payment, orders are generally not cancelable once processing has started.

Refund rules are described in our Refund & Service Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund & Service Policy, the Refund & Service Policy governs refunds.

8) Communication and support
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. If you do not receive any response within 10 business days, contact us at:

9) Third-party tools and links
We may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party websites. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10) Pricing and service changes
We may change prices, modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already paid for, unless the order is cancelled and refunded in accordance with our policies.

11) Intellectual property
All website content, branding, graphics, and text are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission, except where legally permitted.

12) Disclaimer of warranties
